A Couple of Suggestions to Help You Draw Better

My layouts are really rough. I’ve kind of forgotten how to pencil for other people to ink. I just get close enough to remind myself what direction to head and then keep on improvising in ink as I go.

Sketching in ink helps build confidence. With ink, you have to make a decision and stick with it.

DON’T DO IT ALONE

Also, having someone around in friendly competition on a project keeps you from getting lazy.

As does doing things live on YouTube. Sometimes you need to be along an think, and other times you need to get in front of other people to make sure you’re accountable in some way.
