I’m in the middle of migrating my studio back home. Through a series of events, not least of which is simply a need to save money, we’re all closing down the physical studio space we’ve had for 10+ years (Well, I’ve only been there 5.) We’re still a studio (that is, we’ll all be together at cons,) but all of us will be working out of our homes now. It’s a little sad, but it’s obvious it’s the right thing to do. Maybe now I’ll actually keep my lawn mowed since I have to look at it out the window all day.
Between that and all the work I’ve got on my plate I only have time to do very quick warm up sketches before settling down for a day at the drawing table to meet deadlines.
